What is RSS?
RSS (Really Simple Syndication) is an XML-based format for sharing web based content. Using an RSS reader, HW athletic articles will be sent to your reader once they have been posted.
How do I start using a RSS reader?
You will need to download a RSS reader or sign up for a web-based one. Individual readers may have different rules for signing up. Please be sure to read the instructions given to you at the readers web-site. We recommend Google Reader (

to create an account now). My Yahoo also provides a RSS reader.
Why would I want to use a RSS reader?
RSS is a useful way of keeping track of the information (news items or announcements, for example) from your favorite web site. It gives you the ability to read summaries of these items without having to go visit the site every day.
